In a frying pan add your oil on medium heat.
Add your diced onions and sautee until translucent.
Add your hot pepper and sautee for a minute.
Add your minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
Add your curry powder and sautee for 30 seconds and follow with your green beans.
Add a splash of water, about 1/4 cup and mix until well coated.
Season with a pinch of salt and cover with a lid to steam green beans. When the beans are almost cooked to your liking, remove lid to let any extra liquid cook off.
Serve hot on ad a side or with roti like Sada roti or paratha roti (buss up shut).
