Steak Tacos
A tasty and easy week night dinner! Just whipped this up and wrote down the recipe as I went along! Was extremely tasty and so easy to make so try it out yourself

Steak
- 1 pound flank steak or skirt steak sliced or largely diced
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt start with 1/2 teaspoon and add more as necessary
To serve
- Corn tortilla toasted
- 2 to matoes diced
- 2 jalapeƱos sliced
- 1/2 onions diced
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 3 limed sliced
- Hot sauce
In a bowl mix your oil with Worcestershire sauce, dry seasoning and minced garlic.
Add your sliced or diced steak and mix to coat thoroughly.
Cover with plastic wrap or place in a plastic zip loc bag and place meat in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate.
Remove from fridge after an hour and place on countertop for 20 minutes to bring to room temp.
On high heat, place pan or cast on stove and add your meat and sear until just cooked.
Serve beef with your corn tortilla and toppings.
