Steak Tacos
A tasty and easy week night dinner! Just whipped this up and wrote down the recipe as I went along! Was extremely tasty and so easy to make so try it out yourself
Ingredients
Steak
- 1 pound flank steak or skirt steak sliced or largely diced
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt start with 1/2 teaspoon and add more as necessary
To serve
- Corn tortilla toasted
- 2 to matoes diced
- 2 jalapeƱos sliced
- 1/2 onions diced
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 3 limed sliced
- Hot sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl mix your oil with Worcestershire sauce, dry seasoning and minced garlic.
- Add your sliced or diced steak and mix to coat thoroughly.
- Cover with plastic wrap or place in a plastic zip loc bag and place meat in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate.
- Remove from fridge after an hour and place on countertop for 20 minutes to bring to room temp.
- On high heat, place pan or cast on stove and add your meat and sear until just cooked.
- Serve beef with your corn tortilla and toppings.
