Steak Tacos

A tasty and easy week night dinner! Just whipped this up and wrote down the recipe as I went along! Was extremely tasty and so easy to make so try it out yourself

Ingredients
  

Steak

  • 1 pound flank steak or skirt steak sliced or largely diced
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt start with 1/2 teaspoon and add more as necessary

To serve

  • Corn tortilla toasted
  • 2 to matoes diced
  • 2 jalapeƱos sliced
  • 1/2 onions diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 3 limed sliced
  • Hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix your oil with Worcestershire sauce, dry seasoning and minced garlic.
  • Add your sliced or diced steak and mix to coat thoroughly.
  • Cover with plastic wrap or place in a plastic zip loc bag and place meat in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate.
  • Remove from fridge after an hour and place on countertop for 20 minutes to bring to room temp.
  • On high heat, place pan or cast on stove and add your meat and sear until just cooked.
  • Serve beef with your corn tortilla and toppings.
