This meal is ready in 30 minutes and the perfect breakfast, brunch or dinner served with your favourite crusty toasted bread. This dish is simple, economic and is a traditional Italian dish enjoyed by many around the world. Middle Eastern dish which includes ingredients like cumin, peppers, and sweet paprika. Eggs in Purgatory is almost like an Italian Shakshuka and we included other classic Italian ingredients in this rendition with the addition of hot Italian sausage, fresh basil and dried oregano.
